These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 92ok platform and all its services. By accessing the site or creating an account, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms. Please read this document carefully before using the site.

1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the 92ok website, mobile site, and all associated digital services.
• "User" refers to any person who has registered on or is using the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account registered on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the funds deposited in and available for use in the account.
• "Bonus" refers to additional funds credited under the Platform's promotional offers.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on the 92ok platform, a user must be at least 21 years old. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any related transactions will be considered void.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person, household, or device is permitted. If any person attempts to create multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any bonuses received will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and up to date. If false information is provided, 92ok reserves the right to close the account and confiscate all balances. If any account details change, the support team must be notified immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 92ok support immediately. Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Only the following mobile banking methods may be used on the 92ok platform:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
• Nagad — Digital financial service by Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — Mobile wallet service by UCB Bank.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — the same rule applies for every payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Once account verification is complete, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The same registered payment account used for deposits must be used to submit a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests to a different payment method may be cancelled.

3.4 Transaction Limits and Verification

For security purposes, 92ok reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification for large withdrawal amounts. Payments may be placed on hold for suspicious transactions until an investigation is completed.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — total ৳2,200; depositing ৳26,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total ৳41,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based only on the bonus amount, not the deposited funds. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

Each promotional offer may be used only once. A bonus must be used within the specified period after being credited to the account. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time, unless a specific offer states otherwise.

4.4 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

92ok reserves the right to cancel a bonus and forfeit any associated winnings in the following cases:

• Violating the bonus terms.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Following unusual betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Claiming an offer using false information.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

92ok has four VIP tiers for regular players. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on activity on the platform. 92ok reserves the right to modify VIP tiers and cashback benefits.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 92ok platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Any form of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other users.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into the platform's software or systems.

In the event of a breach of these terms, the account will be permanently closed, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7 Gaming and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes

The outcomes of all games available on the platform are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer. If any error or technical issue arises in a game outcome, 92ok reserves the right to resolve it in accordance with the applicable rules.

7.2 Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during play, the game progress may or may not be saved — this depends on the policy of the relevant game provider. Any disputed bets arising from connection issues will be settled according to the game logs.

7.3 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in the sports betting section may change at any time. If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time through the support team. All valid balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Once an account is closed, it may not be possible to recover the balance.

8.2 Closure by 92ok

In the event of a breach of terms or suspicious activity, 92ok reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice. In such cases, legitimately earned balances will be returned — however, amounts derived from bonuses or winnings linked to a breach of terms may be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming

92ok believes in responsible gaming. The platform should be used for entertainment purposes only and should not be viewed as an alternative source of income.
